26. Remove Duplicates from Sorted Array
Given a sorted array, remove the duplicates in-place such that each element appear only once and return the new length.
Do not allocate extra space for another array, you must do this by modifying the input array in-place with O(1) extra memory.
Example:
Given nums = [1,1,2],
Your function should return length = 2, with the first two elements of nums being 1 and 2 respectively.
It doesn't matter what you leave beyond the new length.
思路:
这道题基本不允许我们删除原数组中的元素,也不让新建数组,所以len(set(nums)),或者是 count 加 remove 之类的都不给通过。先Mark了一下别人的代码,日后再学习一下吧!
参考代码:
class Solution:
def removeDuplicates(self, A):
"""
:type nums: List[int]
:rtype: int
"""
if not A:
return 0
end = len(A)
read = 1
write = 1
while read < end:
if A[read] != A[read-1]:
A[write] = A[read]
write += 1
read += 1
return write
