在想要圆角的布局加上

android:background="@drawable/shape_corners"

需要注意:

整个过程中padding很重要，我是在shape中加的padding 上下各10dp 刚好可以把上下的圆角露出来。不然的话，布局会遮盖住圆角，导致没有效果。

Tip:

如果只设置padding中top的话，就会出现上边圆角，下边直角的效果。
同理只设置bottom的话，就只有下边是圆角。

PS: 不知道是我自己原因还是什么，我在LinearLayout中加圆角,怎么都不成功，大家可以试一试。
