八一八可重用工作流（权当学习记录）

忙里偷闲抽空研究一下可重用工作流。可重用工作流感觉就像网站内的工作流模板。

可重用工作流的前置是内容类型，内容类型的前置是网站列。

所以建立可重用工作流需要建立网站列，使用sharepoint designer和在浏览器中都可以建立，此处使用浏览器。

进入 site settings -> site columns ->点击 create

填入自己要使用的column Name 如：Price ，选择类型，建立一个新组或选择一个已存在的组，此处选择新组，填入组名：Quotation

依次创建 Person，Time

进入 site settings -> Site content types ->点击 create

填入名字 Quotation ，选择List Content Types，Item ，建立一个新组或选择一个已存在的组，此处选择新组，填入组名：NewContentType

创建完进入Content Type Quotation 页面

选择 Add from existing site columns，选择 Quotation 加入所有colums

添加List：Test

ok！现在前置都已完成，打开sharepoint designer ，输入站点地址

选择列表，点击列表Test，高级设置勾选允许管理内容类型，内容类型->添加 - Quotation 确定

选择Quotation 设为默认值

选择工作流，点击可重用工作流

填入名字QuotationEmail，内容类型选择Quotation，确定

写入一些测试操作如：Log start to the workflow History list

发布，完成！

点击回到QuotationEmail 工作流页面，关联至内容类型Quotation，自动跳转浏览器，填写名字QuotationEmail，勾选Creating a new item will start this workflow等。

再回到浏览器，打开Test这个list，modify view 加入Person Time Price

新建一个项目，工作流就被触发了。
