AttributeError: 'google.protobuf.py ***' object has no attribute '_value'

我们用caffe画网络结构图的时候可能出现如下错误：“AttributeError: ‘google.protobuf.pyext._message.RepeatedScalarConta’ object has no attribute '_values”

实际上是由于protobuf（例如centos7(protobuf=3.2)） 版本过高导致。
解决办法：

pip uninstall protobuf
pip install protobuf==2.6.0

安装tensorflow的时候没有报错，但时在import的时候出现这个err，解决办法，安装numpy版本 1.16.4 ，否则与tensorflow不兼容
