IOS 11 tableView 分页 执行reload() 时出现闪动

有段时间没有写东西了，这段时间也是在苦逼的敲着代码。
前段时间写了个一个项目tableView 分页当执行reload() 方法时出现了闪动。找了很久最终还是找到了解决的方法

tableView 初始化的时候加入下面几行代码

    tableView.estimatedRowHeight = 0;

    tableView.estimatedSectionFooterHeight = 0;

    tableView.estimatedSectionHeaderHeight = 0;
