Dcc32Speed Update（Dcc32speed 1.2）

The
dcc32speed.exe 1.1 that I've released two days ago only worked unter
Windows Vista. For Windows 2000 and XP the process failed with an
external exception 0x80000003. Seems like Microsoft has changed
something in Vista that catches hard DebugBreak/int 3 breakpoints.
Because this is a show stopper I have now released a new version 1.2
that fixes this bug and makes it possible to use the dcc32speed.exe for
in msbuild projects.

两天前发布的dcc32speed.exe 1.1仅适用于Vista，在2000/XP上会出现“exception 0x80000003”的异常提示，这个错误的原因可能是微软在Vista上改变了一些捕捉硬件中断和Int 3指令中断的方式。这次发布的1.2版解决了这个问题，并且使dcc32speed.exe可以被用在MSBuild中。

Steps to use dcc32speed.exe for msbuild projects
1. Rename the $(BDS)/bin/dcc32.exe to dcc32compiler.exe
2. Rename the $(BDS)/bin/dcc32speed.exe to dcc32.exe

在MSBuild中使用dcc32speed.exe的步骤：

1、把$(BDS)/bin/dcc32.exe改名为dcc32compiler.exe

2、把$(BDS)/bin/dcc32speed.exe改名为dcc32.exe
