vs2010如何生成.DLL和.lib库（SDK）

1新建一个空项目.exe或者.DLL或者.lib都可以，本例子用.exe为例

新建工程--空项目，取名testDetect

内容如下：_declspec(dllexport) 一定要加在函数声明和定义前面，否则在生成.dll的时候不会生成.lib（生成.dll的时候一般都会生成.lib，生成.lib的时候只有.lib）
