WAMPServer安装失败解决办法

碰到过好几次安装失败的情况，经过折腾一般都可以解决，网上的办法一般都有道理，只不过有时并不一定针对你的情况，所以自己总结下，避免下次忘了

 1. 提示缺失MSVCR110.dll

解决办法：直接从其他人电脑复制就行

32位系统，安装到C盘windows文件下system32目录下，

64位系统，安装到C盘windows文件下SysWOW64目录下，

打开"开始-运行-输入regsvr32 msvcr110.dll"，回车。  但是我在这里出现问题，提示不兼容或者0xc000007b错误

2. 有人说安装VS2010的什么组件，结果安装完依旧不成功

3. 直接安装VS2013完整版软件。。。花了一个小时，安装好了。结果还是不行。

4. 最后试了下DirectX修复工具，又修复了很多插件，最后解决了问题

总结下的话，个人感觉应该先进行第1步，然后第4步，不行再试第2,3步。

最近由于重装系统，第二次装WAMPServer，安装失败，于是先卸载，然后直接DirectX修复工具，成功安装。

同时，记录下安装时弹出的两个说明 ，可以解释部分安装不成功的原因，大概意思就是安装不成功是缺少VC某些组件或者一些版本兼容问题。

第一次弹窗提示内容
--- Installation of Wampserver ---
BEFORE proceeding with the installation of Wampserver, you must ensure that certain elements are installed on your system, otherwise Wampserver will absolutely not run, and in addition, the installation will be faulty and you need to remove Wampserver BEFORE installing the elements that were missing.
Make sure you are "up to date" in the redistributable packages VC9, VC10, VC11, VC13 and VC14

We must BEFORE installing, disable or close some applications:
- Close Skype or force not to use port 80

If these prerequisites are not in place, Press the Cancel button to cancel the installation, then apply the prerequisites and restart the installation.
This program requires Administrator privileges to function properly. It will be launched with the "Run as administrator" option. If you do not want a program to have this option, cancel the installation.
--- Visual C++ Packages ---
The MSVC runtime libraries VC9, VC10, VC11 are required for Wampserver 2.4, 2.5 and 3.0, even if you use only Apache and PHP versions with VC11. Runtimes VC13, VC14 is required for PHP 7 and Apache 2.4.17 or more

--- Launch phpMyAdmin
When starting phpMyAdmin, you will be asked for a user name and password.
After installing Wampserver 3, the default username is "root" (without quotes) and there is no password, which means that you must leave the form Password box empty.

You are connected as 'root' with no password, which corresponds to the default MySQL privileged account. Your MySQL server is running with this default, is open to intrusion, and you really should fix this security hole by setting a password for user 'root'.
This is not a problem as long as access to Phpmyadmin remain locally.
However, some web applications or CMS asking that the MySQL user has a password. In which case, you will create a user with password via the PhpMyAdmin Accounts Users tab.

--- Using the menus and submenus of Wampmanager
Do not use the keyboard to navigate through the menus and submenus of Wampmanager icon.
