latex 定义作者，通讯作者，联系地址宏包，package，authblk

latex 一般情况下要自定义作者环境，因为自带的环境效果特别差， 所需的宏包一般使用 authblk。

非常简单明了，使用 \thanks 定义通讯作者，以及脚注的内容。
