  I am gland to write this letter to you! this now I will say "Thank you!" to you again!

   1) some issue of my work
  After a period time of working in Citi ,something gained,especially in talking with AU team by telephone. Usually we connect with AU team and singapore team via mail ,and work closely with Peter(Hai jian)

   In the same time ,,Luckly learn something from Peter ,I am happy to work with him ,and I gained some details about technology and management. I am happy in learning something which I have not approached.

Some problem happened ,usually analyse the reason of the problem ,then try best to provide the best solution.

Following some Reqirement from Australia, we usually analyze what should we do and work together then conclude the best and active solution.

  2) some issue of myself
 Thanks to IBM TIVOLI training ,I know how the TWS (tvoli workload schedule) behaves, and in the working time ,gained some practical experience. Usually generate the details  and look into the document of TIVOLI.

some times, when the problem worked out and get the solution ,It is the most happiest time to me.
