0x01、下载官方库文件

从ST官方网站下载最新的STM32F10x标准外设库，地址如下：

这里我们以STM32F103RCT6为例

1、进入ST官网，点击产品，点击微控制器与微处理器，点击STM32主流MCU

 2、点击左侧STM32F103 

3、在下图中点击STM32F103RC

 4、进入页面后首先下载数据手册，该手册相当于STM32 的datasheet，包含了STM32 芯片所有的引脚功能说明及存储器架构、芯片外设架构说明。

5、然后点击文件，下拉，在下方页面中找到参考手册。这个文档主要是介绍STM32的各种外设如  何使用。

 6、再找到编程手册，下载备用

STM32F10xxx Flash memory microcontrollers主要介绍如何编程STM32F101x的闪存

Cortex®-M3 programming manual主要介绍STM32 内核寄存器相关的说明，例如系统定时
器、NVIC 等核外设的寄存器
