【ASP.net MVC4】解决在VS2013上创建MVC4程序是错误提示Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

最近开始学习ASP开发，但是按照书上说的在第一步建立project时就报错了，错误提示：

Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

于是就Google了一下，发现了解决方法：

1) Go to http://docs.nuget.org/docs/start-here/installing-nuget
2) Click the 'Visual Studio Extension Gallery' link
3) Download the VSIX file
4) Double-Click the downloaded file to launch the installer
5) Restart VS2013 (if it wasn't already closed)

很简单的英文，应该不用翻译了吧。

或者有个更简单的方法，是在stackoverflow上看到的：

Go to: VS2013->Tools->Extensions and Updates->Online Search for NuGet and install. Fixed my problem in 2013 REL
