问题："Element is not clickable at point"
解决：是因为点击的链接被遮挡
               解决方法：1.是滚动条滚动到某元素的位置：
                                     (a). Actions action = new Actions(driver);
                                            action.moveToElement(webElement).perform();
                                     (b). JavascriptExecutor jse = (JavascriptExecutor)driver;
                                            jse.executeScript("arguments[0].scrollIntoView()",webElement)
