emctl start dbconsole启动失败的解决办法
故障现象：
启动emctl start dbconsole报错，<rmi-server port= is erroneous.
解决办法：
启动数据库，执行
$oracle@wonder:~> emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate

oracle@wonder:~> emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
