在jquery验证表单中遇到的bug

//今天写代码遇到了一个bug把我郁闷的不行，找了好多人给我整都没整出来，考了老师的代码可以用，换成我的就不能用了。我就一行一行的整，最后居然是table表格和form表单写的位置有问题下面这个是我改好可以用的
