GETZ PIZZA – Home Delivery Management

GETZ PIZZA is a known pizza parlor批萨店 in the city. Looking at the increasing demand at workplaces and locality, we plan to extend the services to, Deliver@Home–free delivery within the city limits based on orders placed over phone. 按照打电话的顺序在城市范围内递送。 Our process keeps track of the customer details (existing and fresh registration), in order to avoid repeat of delivery details and frequent orders and choices. We make varieties of pizzas for Veggies and Non Veggies with specific toppings as in menu（only two ?）. We keep modifying the menu time to time looking at the demand and season. On confirmation of orders over phone, the order and bill against the same is generated and the pizza starts it’s journey to it’s destination. The delivery status of the order is tracked at any point of time as “Sizzling!!!” (being cooked), “Appetizing!!!” (on the way) or “Have A Nice Time!!!” (delivered). (three status) The delivery person receives the payment against the bill from the customer and the payment status is updated to “ PAID ” upon confirmation. We appreciate feedbacks (optional) from our esteemed customers for improving quality in our products and processes. As a value added service GETZ PIZZA keep tracks of our PIZZA freaks (frequent customers老顾客) and TASTE BUD APPETIZERS开胃食品 (frequent PIZZAS ordered一般由商店提供) to announce time to time offers and gifts. We declare “PIZZA of the MONTH” (PoM) and “CUSTOMER of the MONTH” (CoM), which ensures a free delivery of the PoM to CoM. We are looking forward to automate the Deliever@Home processes for more efficient and prompt services and add more value to our customers.
