前言
伴随着我国社会的发展，人民生活质量日益提高。于是对系统进行规范而严格是十分有必要的，所以许许多多的信息管理系统应运而生。此时单靠人力应对这些事务就显得有些力不从心了。所以本论文将设计一套信息平台，帮助交通局进行信息共享、交通信息、交通辅助等繁琐又重复的工作，提高工作效率的同时，也减轻了管理者的压力。
本论文的主要内容包括：
第一，研究分析当下主流的web技术，结合信息日常管理方式，进行信息平台的数据库设计，设计 信息平台功能，并对每个模块进行说明。
第二，陈列说明该系统实现所采用的架构、系统搭建采用的服务器、系统开发环境和使用的工具，以及系统后台采用的数据库。
最后，对系统进行全面测试，主要包括功能测试、查询性能测试、安全性能测试。
分析系统存在的不足以及将来改进的方向。

二、系统功能介绍
网站首页页面主要包括首页、信息共享、交通信息、交通辅助、重大事件、后台管理、个人中心等内容，并根据需要进行详细操作；如图5-1所示：
注册时将进行密码校验，若密码不一致将不能注册，以此来防止员工输入错误密码，影响体验，下面截图是员工注册成功页面，如图5-2所示。
员工将在此界面进行身份验证和登录，该页面将在前台提交数据给后台之前对表单中的用户名和密码进行格式校验，比如输入的验证信息不能为空，并给予相应的提示信息，下面截图是员工登录成功页面，如图5-3所示。
员工点击交通辅助，在交通辅助页面的搜索栏输入标题、分析类型，进行查询，也可以查看标题、分析类型、封面、发布时间、点击次数等内容，如有需要可以收藏或评论等操作；如图5-4所示。
员工点击交通信息，在交通信息页面的搜索栏输入路道编号、起点、终点，进行查询，也可以查看路道编号、类型、起点、终点、封面、是否通畅、发布时间、发布人、点击次数等内容，如图5-5所示。
员工点击个人中心，在个人中心页面可以修改个人信息、密码修改，还可以对我的收藏进行详细操作，如图5-6所示。
管理员进行登录，进入系统前在登录页面根据要求填写用户名、密码和选择角色等信息，点击登录操作，如图5-7所示。
管理员登录系统后，可以对系统首页、个人中心、员工管理、部门信息管理、信息类型管理、信息共享管理、交通信息管理、交通辅助管理、重大事件管理、系统管理等进行相应的操作管理，如图5-8所示。
管理员点击员工管理，在员工管理页面输入工号、姓名、性别、年龄、手机、部门、头像等信息，然后进行查询、新增或删除员工信息等操作，如图5-9所示。
管理员点击部门信息管理，在部门信息管理页面输入部门信息等信息，然后进行查询、新增或删除部门信息等操作，如图5-10所示。
管理员点击信息类型管理，在信息类型管理页面输入信息类型等信息，然后进行查询、新增或删除信息类型等操作，如图5-11所示。
管理员点击信息共享管理，在信息共享管理页面对标题、信息类型、发布日期、发布人、封面、点击次数等信息，然后进行查询或修改信息共享等操作，如图5-12所示。
管理员点击交通信息管理，在交通信息管理页面对路道编号、类型、起点、终点、封面、是否通畅、发布时间、发布人、点击次数等信息，然后进行查询、新增或删除等操作，如图5-13所示。
员工点击后台管理，然后页面跳转到系统后，可以对系统首页、个人中心、信息共享管理、交通信息管理、交通辅助管理、重大事件管理等进行相应的操作，如图5-14所示。
在本章中对系统的开发和应用环境进行说明，这些内容为下一章测试时的环境搭建提供依据。本章还通过文字说明和截图的方式对系统应用的界面做了简要介绍。
