centos7虚拟机镜像地址出问题了

问题很简单，网上办法多，都没有解决。 

原本每次用最小安装创建ceentos7虚拟机后，习惯性运行yum install -y epel-release
yum install -y psmisc nc net-tools rsync vim lrzsz ntp libzstd openssl-static tree iotop git来安装基本命令。每次都如此，也总是没有出现问题。从昨天2024年7月4日，创建一个虚拟机后，运行上面第一个命令，出现如下错误：
