Abstract
The heat pump drying control system based on PLC control is an efficient and accurate control mode, which can realize the precise control and adjustment of various parameters and working state of the heat pump drying device. This paper introduces the basic principle and structure of the heat pump drying device, as well as the working principle and advantages of the PLC control system. Then, the control requirements of the heat pump drying control system are elaborated detailed, including temperature control, humidity control, time control, air flow control, fault monitoring and alarm, as well as energy consumption monitoring and energy saving control. Finally, the advantages and application prospects of the heat pump drying control system based on PLC control are summarized, and its important role in improving the drying effect, energy saving and emission reduction, and intelligent control is emphasized. Through in-depth research and application, it can further promote the development and application of heat pump drying technology, and contribute to the sustainable development of the drying industry.
