part 1:Problem and Solution

1.It difficult to realize what we except before

Some idea we what to realize like filter some information for audience and build a data base we have not realize, since we find those function are to difficult for us even something need money.
2. It is not have enough time for us to learn

For some functions which need too much time to learn, even learn we many not know how to use. Many of us not have the encouragement to learn.
3. To cooperate all the teammates

To have better communication with other people is a hard work, since all of us have our own thing to do.
4. The key of our Mini-program

Our mini-program is serve people who want a better experience in CSDN, so we need to link the information in CSDN, but we can not realize.

Solution

Try our best to learn more things, pay more attention on the main problem we need to solve, communicate with group member more often.

gain	As the team leader, I gained a lot and learned a lot from this project practice. I solve many difficulties and meet many challenges in the process from prototype design to final software product development. The learning process and discussion of group members also take a lot of time. After going through the whole process of software development, I had a clearer understanding of the whole project process which benefited me a lot.

gain	In this project, I was responsible for the development of the back-end end. In the later stage of the project, I was build the domain name and made some improvements in the connection between the front-end and back-end end. During the develop I learn many thing I did not know before

Problem	It was an unforgettable project experience. At the beginning we not expect we can complete it but finally we complete more . I was mainly responsible for production of its derivatives demand report, PPT, Vlog, etc. Every time I completed a small goal, I felt a lot of sense of achievement, which drove me to continue thinking about the project.
