android获取状态栏的高度。

android低版本可以通过：

    Rect frame = new Rect();  
    getWindow().getDecorView().getWindowVisibleDisplayFrame(frame);  
    int statusBarHeight = frame.top;  

高版本的时候估计是google把这个方法给屏了。通过上述方法获取的值为0;

但是我们还是通过反射的方式来获取这个值的。
