As part of the Dynatrace Platform Subscription, the Dynatrace Account Management Portal provides visibility into the granular usage data so you can get an idea of where you’re heading and forecast cost trends, identify and understand cost drivers of your usage, and avoid surprise costs.
For DPS-enabled Dynatrace accounts, three Account Management URLs are supported.
The first, my account dot Dynatrace dot com, will either direct you to the last account you accessed, or a complete list of Dynatrace accounts available to you.
For a full list of all accounts associated with your login, use my account dot Dynatrace dot com, forwardslash accounts.
The account management portal also supports direct and deep linking to specific accounts and pages within accounts.
It is important to note that different account management pages are restricted based on permissions.
Users must have at least one of the three account-level permissions to access the portal.
Different levels will appear based on permissions.
For example, a user with account view-only permissions will have fewer menu options available to them than a user with all three account-level permissions.
On the Account Management homepage, the main menu is located at the top of the page.
The License Overview tabs display total license usage by date. Details can be broken out by environment and tenant.
The Identity & Access Management tab makes it easy to view and manage users, groups, and policies and handle important configuration details like domains, SAML and SCIM configurations, and OAuth clients.
The Lens tab displays the up-to-date usage for the account.
Selecting Adoption shows which features are being used and specific user activity.
The Environments lens focuses on the technologies utilized over time, including host monitoring, cloud and virtualization, and synthetic tests. Data integration usage, such as API and PaaS tokens, modules, session exportation, and problem notifications are also tracked.
Finally, the Settings tab provides Contact and Environment information, which includes the General contact person and their details, Billing and Shipping information, and if necessary, information for a separate Security contact for the account.
And Environments shows all Dynatrace environments associated with the account and their status.
