kafka多机部署出错

140	order1		kafka1	peer0org1
141	order2	zookeeper2
142	order3	zookeeper3	kafka2
143		zookeeper1	kafka3	peer0org2
144			kafka4	peer0org3

我的集群分配如上，当我创建通道的时候出错，显示连接超时，去kafka节点查看日志，发现以下错误：

Number of insync replicas for partition testchainid-0 is [1], below required minimum [2]

不知道是不是因为配置yaml文件时，里面的extra_hosts中多个不同域名对应了相同的ip导致的：

extra_hosts:
          - "zookeeper1:192.168.89.143"
          - "zookeeper2:192.168.89.141"
          - "zookeeper3:192.168.89.142"
          - "kafka1:192.168.89.140"
          - "kafka2:192.168.89.142"
          - "kafka3:192.168.89.143"
          - "kafka4:192.168.89.144"

今天又出现了这个错误：
