使用TIUP启动TIDB4.0 报超时问题

有可能是目标节点防火墙问题 ，关闭后问题解决
或者 增加 --wait-timeout 600
tiup cluster deploy tidb-cluster v4.0.2 /topology.yaml --user root --wait-timeout 600
