新版pip在安装一些库的时候的问题

今天想在电脑上装mmseg,然后在装pytorch时输入

pip install torch==1.5.1+cu101 torchvision==0.6.1+cu101 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

遇到了下面的问题：

仔细查了很多方法，发现最后是pip版本的问题，因为在装pytorch时，创建虚拟环境会默认为你安装pip，pip的版本是最新的20.3的版本，但是pip版本太新在装其他很多库的时候会出问题，就比如我上面的问题，所以遇到这个问题可以把pip版本降低以下，降到20.2就不会出现上面的问题了：

python -m pip install pip==20.2.3 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
