订阅专栏

1. 创建一个WEB项目，项目名称为 “springMVC”

2. 导入jar包如下：

注意：一定是手动粘贴到 lib 文件夹下，否则启动时会找不到相应的 jar 包。

3. 配置web.xml 文件如下：
