需要下载安装（按顺序）的包：

（安装命令：rpm -ivh 包）

1. python-elementtree-1.2.6-7.el4.rf.i386.rpm

2. sqlite2-2.8.17-2.el4.remi.i386.rpm

3. python-sqlite-0.5.0-1.2.el4.rf.i386.rpm

（python-sqlite-0.5.0-1.2.el4.rf.i386 RPMhttps://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/dag/redhat/el4/i386/python-sqlite-0.5.0-1.2.el4.rf.i386.html）

4. python-urlgrabber-2.9.6-1.2.el4.rf.noarch.rpm
