图片转Base64编码

接收一个文件参数，并转换成base64编码返回

        byte[] imageBytes = image.getBytes();
        imageBase64 = Base64.encodeBase64String(imageBytes);

    return imageBase64;
}

包括文件的文件名，大小，后缀，类型等信息
