Spring Cloud Bus 消息总线（Finchley.RELEASE版）

1.引入依赖

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.springframework.cloud</groupId>
            <artifactId>spring-cloud-starter-bus-amqp</artifactId>
        </dependency>

2.在配置处加入：@RefreshScope 注解

3.在配置中心config-repo加入配置

spring.rabbitmq.host=localhost
spring.rabbitmq.port=5672
spring.rabbitmq.username=admin
spring.rabbitmq.password=admin

spring.cloud.bus.enabled=true
spring.cloud.bus.trace.enabled=true
management.endpoints.web.exposure.include=bus-refresh

4.更新配置文件后发送POST请求到：http://localhost:1003/actuator/bus-refresh
