新手git提交到码云上去所遇问题

当从本地仓库提交到远程仓库时（ git push -u origin master ），报这个错误.

hint: Updates were rejected because the tip of your current branch is behind
hint: its remote counterpart. Integrate the remote changes (e.g.
hint: 'git pull ...') before pushing again.
