Apache配置
1: 修改<IfModule dir_module>配置
   <IfModule dir_module>
       DirectoryIndex index.php index.shtml index.html index.htm
   </IfModule>
1：去掉#LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so的#
2：修改<Directory/>权限
   <Directory />
        Options FollowSymLinks
        AllowOverride None
        Order deny,allow
        Deny from all
   </Directory>
   修改成
   <Directory />
        Options FollowSymLinks
        AllowOverride all
        Order allow,deny
        Allow from all
   </Directory>
3：修改<Directory "E:/work/PHPPro">权限
   <Directory "E:/work/PHPPro">

   </FilesMatch>
   修改成

    Satisfy All
   </FilesMatch>


CakePHP配置
1：修改Security.salt和Security.cipherSeed两个变更两，对应后面的字符串没有限制，只要不与原来相同即可,即随便修改一个字符或数字即可
   Configure::write('Security.salt', 'DYhG93b0qyJfIxfs2guVoUubWwvniR2G0FgaC9mi');

   Configure::write('Security.cipherSeed', '76859309657453542496749683645');

查看测试得到：
