解决方案：

 <!-- 配置sqlSessionFactory -->
        <bean id="sqlSessionFactory" class="org.mybatis.spring.SqlSessionFactoryBean">
        	<property name="dataSource" value="dataSource"/>
     
        	<property name="mapperLocations" value="classpath:hxc/mapper/*.xml"/>
        </bean>

我将数据源的属性配置成了value,将value改为ref问题就解决了
