Hotmail users do not receive account verification email in Discourse forum

Step 1: Change to the other email(example： gmail) from hotmail in the app.xml 

root@iZj6c746e7oevje00s2gumZ:~# cd /var/discourse/
root@iZj6c746e7oevje00s2gumZ:/var/discourse# cd containers/
root@iZj6c746e7oevje00s2gumZ:/var/discourse/containers# pwd
/var/discourse/containers
root@iZj6c746e7oevje00s2gumZ:/var/discourse/containers# ls
app.yml  app.yml.2022-01-22-132835.bak
root@iZj6c746e7oevje00s2gumZ:/var/discourse/containers# cp app.yml app.yml.original

Step 2： Rebuild the app

root@iZj6c746e7oevje00s2gumZ:/var/discourse# pwd
/var/discourse
root@iZj6c746e7oevje00s2gumZ:/var/discourse# ./launcher rebuild app

Step 3: After change the email to gmail. The admin user and other users can get verified email from the platform.
