[待解决]在windows上运行Cygwin64 Terminal时出现错误Cmake error

因为需要在windows上运行百度音频切割的程序speech-vad-demo，所以在Cygwin64 Terminal上运行如下指令时提示如下错误：

查阅相关资料，可能是这篇博客Windows下配置cygwin/cmake所说的原因，之后试试看，猜测可能是需要重装cygwin了。
