1) Execute TXN RSA6 then select 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I and click on the "Enhance Extraction Structure" button.
2) Add the fields you need to the structure.
3) Go to Txn BWA1 - BW Adapter: Maintain
4) Click on the "Mapping" tab
5) Insert the extract structure fields - *note* the fields must be tied to a SegmentName and SegmentFld. ***Click on the dropdown for choices
6) Check and Save. If you get and error that the Roosfield and the Smoxrelp are not in sync, edit the datasource in RSA6 and take the uncheck the selection box for those fields.
7) Now here comes the tricky part. The function module that actually extracts the data is **CRM_BW_SALES_ORDER_I_MAP** and generally not contain the new fields you just added. So you will need to get a key to register the object to be modified.
You then need to find the area in the program where the new objects SegmentName is being populated...EX. orderadm_h
Save and check if no errors. Activate
