protoc 工程配置和使用

如果没有编译和安装protocbuf请参考第一章:protobuf windows编译和安装,下面直接讲解如何配置和使用protobuf

Note.配置的时候分为Debug和Release版本，否则会因为MTD和MT选项编译不通过。
