You have to add a folder to the Sublime Text window in order to navigate via the sidebar. 您必须将文件夹添加到Sublime Text窗口才能通过侧边栏进行导航。 Go to File -> Open Folder... and select the highest directory you want to be able to navigate. 转到File -> Open Folder...然后选择您希望能够导航的最高目录。

Basic idea is here that you want to get some kind of File explorer in Sublime. 基本的想法是，你想在Sublime中获得某种文件浏览器 。
