SUBJECT : New Year Party

      This weekend,  December 9, 7:00 to 9:00 pm,  we will hold a party for the New Year at 312, third floor,  Building six.  Therefore,  before the party,  please ask two-thirds of the team members to  set up the scene.  Tasks include arranging the tables and chairs in a U-shape,  writing the 2023 New Year's Party on the blackboard,  shticking balloons on the wall,  and turning on the multimedia to check whether you can play music.  And  the rest of team to buy candy and distribute candy on the table.

Also,  clear the tables, chairs and floor.  Please request all mambers to bring cleaning tools to clean the venue in the afternoon of December 7th.
