本地项目进行Maven配置

第一步：在本地创建一个文件夹用于存放下载的jar文件和settings.xml

第二步：修改settings中本地仓库的位置

第三步：将settings放入jar中

第四=步：打开windows>preferences>Maven>User Settings,加入settings本地位置

第五步：如图所示：
