kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

当前环境：Windows 11 & git bash

现象：

$ git fetch
kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
Connection closed by 212.64.63.190 port 22
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

之前一直是正常的，然后突然就提示这个错误了。

baidu/google/stackoverflow 查找了一大圈没解决。

后面发现是 全局代理导致的，关闭全局代理就能正常执行了。

全局代理对 github / gitee 都生效。
