连接jdbc数据库时出现的错误提示：
 

java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '?D1ú±ê×?ê±??' is unrecognized or
 represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver
 (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if
 you want to utilize time zone support.

改正：
jdbc版本上存在时区问题

//连接地址+SSL连接关闭+时区为HK+字符集为UTF-8+数据库自动连接
 String url="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/web01?useSSL=false&serverTimezone=Hongkong&characterEncoding=utf-8&autoReconnect=true";
