Description	The Java Applet window of lifecycle or workflow templates is blank. Double click the workflow activity position in the blank window and the activity window pops up. Java Console sometimes reports no error and sometimes reports Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-2" java.lang.NullPointerException.
Applies To	All releases of Windchill PDMLink
Cause	Some graphic card is incompartible with Java Runtime Environment (JRE).
Resolution	Go to Java Control Panel > Java and click View to open Java Runtime Environment Setting window. Add -Dsun.java2d.d3d=false -Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true to Runtime Parameter.
