Vue-element-admin报错代码128

第一次运行Vue-element-admin根据文档需要进行：

npm install

运行后报错：

npm ERR! code 128
npm ERR! Command failed: git clone --depth=1 -q -b 2.2.0-c https://github.com/nhn/raphael.git D:\New Folder\node_cache\_cacache\tmp\git-clone-b4ae

根据文档输入如下，但错误依旧是那些错误

git config --global http.sslverify “false”

百度了一下，试运行以下命令错误有所减少,错误如下

git config --global url.“https://”.insteadOf git://
