建立注记方法 1:Carvert to Ananotation 2:Draw工具条 3:从其他地方转换注记图层

(右键要显示注记的图层Properties-Labels，根据实际情况调整注记显示方式)，只有该图层Label Features被选中时(右键该图层可看到该选项)，才可Carvert to Ananotation。
