MatConvNet代码梳理2--function vl_setupnn()

VL_SETUPNN设置MatConvNet工具箱。VL_SETUPNN（）函数将MatConvNet工具箱添加到MATLAB路径。此文件是VLFeat库的一部分。fullfile是利用文件各部分信息创建合成完整文件名。
