添加 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci

	left join se_year_maintenance_plan ymp ON ebi.benchmark_id COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci = ymp.id
	WHERE
	ymp.status = 1 and ebi.equipment = "真空泵"
