with的用法
having done不算任何一种时态,因此必定是非谓语动词,having done是现在分词的完成式,又能放句首,只有非谓做状语的用法.
having done部分有时省略引导词,往往又会省略主语.它表示do与主句的主语构成主谓关系,即sb.do sth.而用have done这个完成形式,是表示do的动作发生在主句动作之前.
如：having finished the meal,he left the restaurant.=after he finished the meal,he left the restaurant.
(非谓的部分可以扩展为状语从句,并强调finish the meal的动作是发生在leave之前的)

“你可别再钓鱼了！”我的朋友们说，“这是浪费时间。”
you must give up fishing, my friend say, its a waste of time,
