Java初始化机制

      今天调试以前的同事的程序，竟然发现了一个很隐秘的bug，帖出来大家共享一下，这里还是有关java的类初始化机制的问题。

import  java.io.IOException;
import  java.io.InputStream;
import  java.util.Properties;

    private static Config instance ;

    private InputStream inputStream;
    public static Config getInstance()...{
        if (instance==null) ...{

            } catch (IOException e) ...{
                throw new RuntimeException(e);
            }
        }
        return instance;
    }
    
    
    private Properties properties;
    private Config() throws IOException...{
