TensorFlow2 出现 ImportError: DLL load failed: 找不到指定的程序

使用Pycharm 安装TensorFlow2.2出现下列问题

解决方案：

只需要下载 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019.安装即可（可能还需要重启pycharm）： 下载地址.
