So It is important task to train SMEs in team for a leader .

Kernel Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) have the responsibility of assuring our code is both maintainable and portable.  Not only must our code be logical, understandable, and debuggable, but the changes must be easily ported to new QCOM releases and baselines.  Also, if a change is made to a shared baseline then the SME must review the change with respect to its applicability to multiple chipsets, products, or AOSP baselines.
